Service Description

These are the rates per signature/service for the standard notarial acts as set by the State of California. My travel and mileage are added onto the basic price per signature. These services are $15 per signature, and include: - Acknowledgments (standard document signing services) - Jurats - Oaths/Affirmations - Power of Attorney - Immigration Forms (per individual, per set of forms -- signing only, no verification of form contents or confirmation of accuracy)
